REAL ESTATE HASHTAGS: WHICH TO USE AND WHY THEY ARE IMPORTANT

From the perspective of the social media user, hashtags allow other users to find content related to their interests and helps them connect with the people behind that content. Following a hashtag allows the user to see a collection of posts related to a specific topic of interest. For the marketer or business executive, strategic hashtag placement gives your company the microphone, and it will help you establish yourself as an authoritative voice and opinion leader in your field. Either way, for the social media user, the social media marketer, or the social media dual agent, hashtags are a #win-win.

Whether your goal is to grow your personal life, your business, or perhaps both, hashtags are a simple and effective marketing tool. Most commonly found on social media platforms, such as Twitter and Instagram, a hashtag or many of them, added to your posts will help categorize all of your content, as well as help you gain a larger following and build more connections.
