Here’s what is happening at the North Shore of Staten Island: the Empire Outlets project which will house 100 designer factory stores, the St. George project which will create a 190-room hotel and a 1,250-space parking garage, and the Ferris Wheel project, a 625-foot Ferris wheel that will be the largest observation wheel in the Western Hemisphere.
