Staten Island, New York: Celia Iervasi, a recent inductee into the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) Hall of Fame has joined Casandra Properties as a member of their Real Estate division.
Ms. Iervasi, who is an Associate Broker, has been selling real estate for the past 14 years. Over the last ten years, Ms. Iervasi sold nearly $110 million dollars worth of real estate making her a SIBOR Top Producer for 10 years in a row and earning her a place in their prestigious Hall of Fame.
Ms. Iervasi recently made the move to Casandra Properties because she wanted to expand her reach into the North Shore of Staten Island and Brooklyn.

Celia has a long history of volunteer service to her community. She serves as Vice President of the Sansone Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping those less fortunate and in need throughout New York City. That organization recognized her effort by awarding her with the Ralph Sansone Award.
Ms. Iervasi served as the President of the Congress of Italian American Association (CIAO). That organization honored her with the Joseph P. Criselli Award for her dedication, commitment, fortitude, work ethics and strong commitment to enhance CIAO’s endeavors.
Ms. Iervasi serves as an officer of the New Era Democrats and a member of the Committee of Management of the YMCA South Shore Counseling Center. She chaired their 2010 Strong Kids Campaign and is the Co-Chair for YMCA Counseling Services 2014 Brunch celebrating 34 years of service in the community.
Celia Iervasi’s volunteer efforts have been recognized by the New York City Council and the New York State Senate.
Celia Iervasi is a member of Community Board 3 Staten Island. She was an active volunteer for Staten Island Community Boards’ Hurricane Response Team, a group of volunteers who came together to assist victims of Super Storm Sandy. Her work was recognized by YMCA as a Hero for her Sandy Relief Efforts.
Celia resides in Staten Island, Eltingville with her husband Dominick.She has three children, Lisa and her husband Eddie Anderson and three granddaughter’s Gabriella, Daniella and Juliana. Frank, her son and her daughter Lauren and son-in-law Anthony Libecci.
