Casandra Properties is proud to announce that we have brought yet another great amenity to Staten Island’s north shore. Pinot’s Palette, a notable paint and sip venue which has enjoyed tremendous success in its Tottenville location on 20 Ellis Street, opened a second location at 1367 Forest Avenue.
The commercial space was leased by our very own Sarah Knoblach who said this about the new location, “I am proud to have played a role in bringing Pinot’s Palette to the North Shore of Staten Island. “The opening of this franchise location is a continuation of the economic and cultural revitalization that’s occurring on the North Shore. As a resident of Westerleigh, I have no doubt that Pinot’s Palette will enrich our community and bring a new kind of interactive social experience.”
Pinot’s Palette is an upscale paint and sip venue where friends, family and neighbors can gather together to enjoy a good bottle of wine while local artists provide step-by–step guidance to painting your personal masterpiece.
Pinot’s Palette’s New York and New Jersey locations are operated by Dorothy Fadell Ferlanti, Fred Fadell and Rich Barton, who expressed excitement about their new north shore location.
Pinot’s Palette North Shore is a two room studio. Public classes are provided in the main studio with a smaller studio available for intimate private parties.
Sip and Paint venues are becoming popular for bachelor/bachelorette parties, company outings and birthday celebrations. They are also a perfect venue for a first or second date.
Pinot’s Palette North Shore is perfectly situate along busy Forest Avenue and is accessible by car or bus.
