- 3 cups of arborio rice
- 1 cup fresh zucchini diced
- 1 cup fresh broccoli
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup canned tomatoes (you can use fresh tomatoes as well)
- 3/4 stick of butte
- 3/4 cup parmigiana cheese
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
