Rob Nixon is a results-driven real estate professional and the founder of The Nixon Team at PreReal Real Estate—a full-service group specializing in residential, commercial, land, and development deals across the tristate area. Recognized for his strategic mindset, tenacity, and ability to close where others stall, Rob has personally been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions.
Rob launched The Nixon Team in 2020 to create a high-performance, forward-thinking collective capable of servicing all real estate sectors. Under his leadership, the team has become a force in the industry—consistently setting comps, pioneering leasing strategies, and delivering client-first results with a “first in, last out” mentality.
Rob is the one of the exclusive brokers alongside John Pitera handling the sublease and disposition strategy for over 50 dark Walgreens stores throughout the Northeast—one of the largest retail repositioning assignments in the region. On the investment sales side, some of Rob’s most recent notable transactions include:

- 1461 Richmond Road – Sold for $5.7M, setting a top commercial comp on Staten Island
- Wellbrook Development Site – Sold for $8.3M

In 2023, Rob partnered with Anthony Volpe to officially launch a dedicated Luxury Division, bringing white-glove service and market intelligence to high-end residential clients throughout Staten Island and beyond.
Rob also serves on the Board of Trustees for Northwell Health Foundation and is a proud member of the Richmond County Country Club.
